Our Service Users are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised Care plans in which the involvement of family and friends maybe appropriate and is greatly valued.

Residential Care

The service users in the residential homes are provided with 24-hour care. This includes: accommodation, food, laundry, heating and light and furniture replacement.

All the service users contribute to the weekly menu planning and all the meals are home cooked by the staff. The service users are encouraged to engage in social activities and hobbies of their choice in and around the local area.

Every effort is made by the Service to establish the various local activities and the locations are either displayed on the Homes’ notice boards or recorded in the Homes’ database. At least once a year, the service users are taken on holiday to various parts of England for 5-7 days.All Care Staff are appropriately qualified to deliver the highest standards of care. There is a continuous staff-training programme to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in Care Practices as may be laid down in the appropriate Legislation, Regulations and by the Care Quality Commission

Day Care Centre
There is a small day care centre which is attached to the rear of Beulah Lodge.
It facilitates additional activities.

Supportive Care
Graceland Social Care Services provides only the care component for supportive living services.
