Fees and Charges

The fees are negotiable, subject to individual’s needs and degree of disability identified after a careful assessment. The fees are normally payable at an interval of four weeks in advance or some agreeable interval of time.

The residential Care fees include the cost of total care as follows:

  • Accommodation

  • Food

  • Laundry

  • Light and Heat

  • Furniture replacement.

However Domiciliary Care fees will include only the provision of Care.

The contract fee does not include the following:

  • Holiday cost (unless agreed as part of the placement package)

  • Appointeeship services

  • Hair dressing

  • Dry cleaning

Fees are generally reviewed annually, however, changing Legislation can have considerable impact on costs which must invariably be reflected in the fees, in instances like this, interim reviews may be necessary.
